Introduction

The two men kidnapped Otsuki, a former associate of Miyashita, and tortured him. Unable to withstand the torture, Otsuki confessed that Hiyama committed the murder. Hiyama, also subjected to torture, blamed Otsuki in return. Miyashita, unaware of his daughter's killer, becomes mentally unstable. Even Niijima, the only person he trusts, suggests to Otsuki and Hiyama to falsely accuse someone else of the murder. They agree, and after lying, Niijima gives them a single bullet, saying only one of them is needed. Hiyama grabs the gun faster than Otsuki and shoots him dead.
Miyashita, Niijima, and Hiyama go in search of Ariga, but Miyashita realizes that Hiyama knows nothing about Ariga and ends up killing him. Now, Niijima and Miyashita must find Ariga and his associates.
