Introduction

During military maneuvers , a battalion〔40 men, a few tanks and helicopter〕slips through a crack in time and the soldiers suddenly find themselves face to face with 16th century samurai warriors. Squad leader Lieutenant Iba (played by Sonny Chiba, who also choreographs the impressive battle scenes) is, at first, amused by the extraordinary situation. But he soon becomes lethargic when it appears he will never return to contemporary Japan.
However, Iba concocts a dangerous plan. Believing that
if he does something which would alter the course of history (i.e, militarily taking over the country), he and he his men will be jetted into the future like so much unwanted garbage. What the leader hasn’t taken into consideration is history has a way of rewriting itself.
