Introduction
The rickshaw man Matsugoro, nicknamed 'Outlaw Matsu,' rescues an army captain's son who had fallen from his stilts, and then gradually becomes closer to the captain's family. When the family experiences a tragedy, Matsugoro becomes devoted to supporting them.
